Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Proficiency in   both Danish and English is required. 

Experience : Relevant experience is desirable.

Starting gross salary : DKK 21,250/- per month +15 % Allowance

Professional requirements : Valid passport/ work permit for Denmark.

Duties of Clerk

  1. Answering phones, handling mail, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining office records/filing systems.

  2. Typing, formatting, editing, preparing reports, summaries, and drafting letters/reports/summaries.

  3. Liaising with local public offices, coordinating meetings, and assisting with event organization, sometimes outside normal office hours.

  4. Assisting in social media communications of the Embassy. 

  5. Assisting Embassy in any work as may be required from time to time. 

  6. Any other duties/work assigned by the Embassy.
