The Heavy Electricals Equipment Plant (HEEP) located in Haridwar, India a major manufacturing plant of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) – Government of India Undertaking, has published an open tender  T/T212/25/2159/N4 for " FORGING FOR LP SHAFT (ROUGH MACHINED)"

Following may please be noted:-


  1. Delivery is sacrosanct for the tender. The maximum acceptable delivery period is 30 months (FOB, considered up to the date of BL).

 

  1. Any bidder from a country which shares land border with India is eligible to participate in the current tender.

 

  1. Special terms and conditions must be carefully studied before submitting the offer.

 

  1. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 11.05.2026 as per details given in tender documents.

 

  1. No EMD is envisaged.

 

  1. Contract Execution Bank Guarantee need to be submitted by successful bidder.

 

  1. No reverse auction is envisaged. Bidders to submit their offer accordingly
