Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding

The tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was released among the Danish Institute of Arbitration (DIA), the Indo Danish Business Council (IDBC), and Trust Legal, Advocates & Consultants by Ambassador Manish Prabhat and co-founders of India-Denmark Business Council (IDBC), Dr. Rajat Pandey and Shri Sudhi Mishra, Senior Advocate & Founder, Trust Legal law firm.

The corridor establishes a credible, neutral legal framework connecting Indian and European businesses through an institutionally grounded dispute resolution ecosystem. Former Ambassador of Denmark to India, Freddy Svane, Danish Arbitration Council Head, Håkun Djurhuus and many more relevant dignitaries from both sides participated in the ceremony. 

This MoU on establishment of an arbitration corridor between India and Denmark would pave the way for resolution of disputes between businesses through Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism that would help save the time and efforts of the parties involved.
