Skill Bridge ApS and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) have signed a emorandum of Understanding to connect qualified Indian professionals with Danish employers 


Skill Bridge ApS, a Danish registered recruitment company focused on creating an ethical and lawful process for bringing Indian workers to Denmark, has executed a MoU with CII, which works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the development of India, partnering Industry, Government and civil society through advisory and consultative processes. 


Under this MoU, CII will support outreach and awareness activities and assist with skills and talent mapping across its vast membership network. Skill Bridge ApS retains full responsibility for recruitment, selection, placement, employment processing and immigration support. The partnership will initially target placements across manufacturing, construction, food processing, agriculture and skilled trades, with the capacity to scale significantly as employer demand grows and the pipeline matures.


The MoU was signed virtually by Mr. Sougata Roy Choudhury, Executive Director, Confederation of Indian Industry, and Suraj Nair, Co-Founder, Skill Bridge ApS in the presence of His Excellency Manish Prabhat, Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Denmark.
